Planning a group trip used to mean ringing round
Whoever organises the minibus for a wedding, a school trip or a night out usually starts by phoning firms one by one. The first is full, the second does not cover that area, the third never calls back. By the time a price arrives the organiser has spent an evening on it and still cannot tell whether the firm is any good.
The Fully Booked customer site turns that evening into one form. It is where every referred customer lands, where offers from operators compete in the open, and where the customer books and pays with a protection they would never get from a stranger on the phone.
The first contact is a recommendation
A customer rarely finds Fully Booked by searching. They arrive from an operator who could not help: a note saying the firm is fully booked but has the customer covered, or a courteous letter after a breakdown. Both carry a link into the network.
That start matters to everyone. The customer trusts a recommendation from a firm they already called, the referring operator keeps the relationship and a share of the booking, and the operators who quote receive a warm lead rather than a cold click.
One form instead of ten phone calls
The link opens a form that asks only what an operator needs to price the trip honestly: pickup and destination, dates, passengers, vehicle size, number of vehicles, luggage and the reason for travel. The link signs the customer in on any browser with no password to create, and the form works as well on a phone as on a desktop.
Offers compete in the open
Within minutes the customer sees offers from operators in the area, ranked side by side with each firm's reviews, vehicle photos, accepted payment methods and a recommended badge for the most trusted. The customer compares on trust as well as price, which is what someone responsible for thirty passengers actually needs.
For operators it is a fair contest. Firms with good reviews and a strong record rise on the leaderboard and hear about new enquiries first, so quality is rewarded with work.
Talk before you pay, safely
Customer and operator can chat freely about the details that decide a booking: an extra pickup, a larger vehicle, a better price. What they cannot share yet are phone numbers, email addresses or company names, which the platform filters out until the deposit is paid.
The customer is spared calls from every firm that quoted, operators compete on service, and the network that found the customer is not bypassed at the last step.
A small deposit, fully protected
To confirm, the customer pays a small deposit online. Fully Booked holds it until the trip goes ahead and refunds it at once if it does not, and if the booked operator ever fails, the network can call on every firm on the platform to cover the trip. Paying a firm you have never met stops feeling like a gamble.
Paperwork arrives on its own
The moment a booking is confirmed, everyone gets the document they need. The customer receives a confirmation and an invoice showing what was paid online and what is due on the day, the operator receives the booking with the customer's details now released, and the driver can be sent a trip sheet as a PDF.
Reminders go out before the trip, and an hour after pickup the customer is asked for a review, which feeds the ranking the next customer will see.
Coming back to the operator directly
A good trip should bring the customer back to the firm that did it. Every operator has a business page with its fleet, reviews, opening hours and its own booking form, and the customer's old link still works for a new trip. Direct enquiries land in the operator's app, so a customer won through the network becomes the operator's own.
That is the loop that keeps both sides coming back: customers get a reliable firm they can rebook in a minute, and operators turn one referral into a regular.
